Free food!
After 2 days, Tina finally awoke, but was a mute.
Fortunately, Chazu was able to make her feel more comfortable to speak again.
Tina, sadly, found out about her other brother, Lex, being dead, and told about how two more of the family were dead as well. She cried that night, and Koopa tried to comfort her as best as she could, but failed miserably.
The next day, Tina, Aussa, and Koopa worked on rebuilding the house once again, and managed to complete a great deal of it. Afterward, during Aussa's nap, Tina and I talked a long time about how are family used to be. She cried a little but held it as best as she could.
"The house is finished! Now to get the furniture in there�"
Tina bowed as she said, "I'd help you furnish your home. That's if you'll accept my help."
"Course...but....how about we bunk a Chazu's place for a bit more?"
"What on earth for?"
"Free food. Duh."
Tina giggled, "Must you constantly think about eating?"
"Um......yes. Yes I do. Blame the guy that raised me."
"Our parents or the human ones that took you in?"
"Actually, I was thinking about Bowser."
Koopa picked Aussa up and cradles her a bit, then they start walking back to Chazu�s place.
"Is that kitten yours as well?"
"Hell no. I got enough kids. She's Chazu's, but decided to stay with me."
"That gentleman in the thread is a father!? Wow...I didn't know�"
"Well, yeah...you can call him a father but...you know what, screw it. It's a long story. I'll tell you later."
"Ok�"
"...speaking of...why were you at the tribe's grounds?"
Tina looked at Koopa with a scared expression on her face, then pointed further up the road. "Um...oh would you look at that! We're almost there!"
"But Tina-"
"Hurry! I would like to get in and settle down so I can make fruit salads for the both of us!" She ran up to the house and straight for the kitchen.
Koopa wanted to say something but just held her tounge.
