::Weakness:: He can use each ability ONCE and only ONCE for each time he sees it used be the original user. No REAL secondary ability
::Bio:: He was probably born with it. But never knew till a Supervillan with Dark Energy Bomb producing powers attacked. He sent one right back into the suckers face! He kept trying to do it but never could again. Until he saw another one on a news report this time using lightning. This is how he found out what he actually could do.
