Vivienne Rachel Myenlo
The youngest daughter of Howard Myenlo, a prominent Aekean businessman and inventor. She currently resides in Durem, where she has been building her reputation as a singer, but she is also a gifted researcher and devotes her fortune to the sponsorship of certain energy technology developers.
She is acquainted with Walt mostly through letters, and he perceives their relationship as being much deeper than it truly is.
Sonia Chesterfield
Formerly a dancer, and the erstwhile lover of a Kuro lieutenant who had her legs broken when he learned of her affair with Walt. Though they are no longer in a relationship, Walt maintains contact in a sort of pantomime of remorse.
She has a thorough understanding of his poor character, and a condition of their continued friendship is that he refrain from telling her any details about his mercenary work.
Mariah Langley
A demon who seems to have a connection to Walt's past, and deep ties to the criminal underworld of Durem. Mariah often threatens Walt both verbally and physically, and there are indications that she may have forced him to do her bidding at some point.
