Thankfully school is out.
Which only means that summer is here, and it's no better than school. Sure, you can stay up longer, go more places, be less stressed from tests, and be around friends more, but theres also summer jobs and days when everyone is gone and you're alone, left to rot in your own puddle of boredom.
I have to get a summer job. I was going to work with children, but apparently she no longer wants to hire me. So it looks like fast-food, hooray for shiny, nasty facial appendages.
I'll also have guard practice and my mom wants me to join the YMCA so I can lose weight. Nice Mom,...nice. I guess it'll be nice to wear shorts without being self-consious. (Or however you spell iot, I'm too lazy at the moment for spellcheck.)
I also have to somewhere fit in four sleepovers.
Oh yeah. Because my car is a hunk of crap, my dad is looking for a cheap-o car for me to buy. Isn't he nice? I'm hoping for something like a Nissan or Toyota, which he's found a lot of for sale.
It's not even summer yet (technically), and I'm already sunburned. So, by Sugust, I'll be black.
Speaking of August and YMCA memberships, Beth and I are going to a convention. Her as Yuna, and I as Alice and Tifa, such matching outfits. We're going to b guides. How cool is that?
