crying crying crying crying crying my o.7 mechanical pencil has gone and disappeared
crying i dont know where it went
crying i cant say i lost it, but...it just...disappeared o_O
i've gone and become so adjusted to that pencil that i've used for almost two years now, that it's hard to use other pencils now that are so light, and you can't make lead come out by shaking it
crying ...WHY MUST YOU LEAVE ME PENCIL?!?! @0@ T^T
this time, if i dont find it...gah. i have lost it once before. in fifth grade. then i found out that one of my classmates had been using it. gah. she messed up the almost perfect eraser. then i lost the cap to the eraser...then i found it again one day.
one unfortunate day in summer, winter, or one of the school holidays i lost my eraser. i couldn't use the pencil without the eraser or else the lead would fall out...so i rolled up a small strip of paper and put it in its place (i didn't find any mechanical pencil erasers that could fit it. too small). but its fun to say to people who dont notice: haha i dont have an eraser. (i use a seperate one. it erases a wider space)
oh man. while we were working on our end of the winter semester project, another friend accidentally stepped on it. the little thing that lets you hook it on to stuff broke. then i tried taping it. it worked for a while, but then i said, "whatever. it doesn't matter" so i took it off and that part is now in the little car handle thingy.
the pencil was a gift from one of my uncles when i went to malaysia. its not super-unique or anything, its just really important to me. i hope to find it soon, or else i will be forced to get a replacement. even though it was only two years...and alot of things happened to it, i really liked that pencil...
3nodding of all the things i have drawn, that pencil has contributed to it. (well...the drawings from two years ago until now) i wish to see you again soon, pencil.

UPDATE: tisn't fun! three months after the joyous reunion (see
pencil update), it went and got itself missing again! except this time it was in the most peculiar of circumstances.
our 7/8th grade orchestra class had come back from a concert rehearsal and had come back from changing into regular clothes. i reached out for the bag to put my concert clothing in, promptly putting aside my clipboard, which contained my pencil, for the moment. after the attire had been quickly
shoved placed in the bag, i noticed my clipboard was slightly ajar, and, what was this?! lacking my favorite blue pencil!
'how could this be?' i wondered to myself, 'it had only left my side for five seconds or so.' i fussed and fretted, scrounging around for any sign of it, but to no avail. my pencil was nowhere to be seen! i asked those around me as well, but they had not seen it either. as time was limited, and the next class was to be attended to, the situation forced me to desert my goal for the time being.
after school was said and done, i resumed the search of the orchestra room, but once again was left hopeless and mechanical pencil-less, a trouble of its own, considering i only carried around one writing utensil at a time. i carried myself to the school bus and moped as the vehicle transported its riders to their homes and my own. subsequently, a substitute was needed for a replacement, whether temporary or permanent, i was not sure of at the time.
but as fate would have it, those substitutes did not last long. a chunky grip, aqua green 0.5 lead pencil was stolen during a chinese school class, an orange/white/flowery papermate from a friend to replace it. in january, a blue one of the same brand was given to take its place. consequently, the top of the pencil was loosened and lead could not be advanced unless adhesives were used to bond the top to the grip and the grip to the pencil. this time around,l ayers of masking, dusted, and invisible tape fastened the pieces together. but then it would go on to have problems fitting inside clipboard sometimes.
that one still stays, but a new addition, a gray mid-size .5 lead pencil, is used in combination for small details or light sketching. along with the white pearl eraser and random eraser-that-my-friend-gave-me-because-he-said-it-erases-really-well-which-it-does that i use to erase stuff really well, it can be a hassle to fit it all in my storage drawing clipboard.
[i still think that that kid-who-never-really-liked-orchestra-so-he-moved-away-and-once-picked-up-a-random-pencil-that-wasn't-his-and-instantly-put-it-into-his-binder stole it. stare ] that's all for now! and it's up-to-date! but wait, there's more!
NEXT TIME: DESCRIPTION OF AWESOME BLUE PENCIL THAT I LOVE AND WILL NEVER FORGET!
