Cats in Wolf Clothing
The whole building trempled as they two wolves exchanged blows. They punched, kicked and bit each other until Lex fired an ice shard into Koopa's shoulder. Without hesitating, she he fought back, trying not to use any of her remaining fire power until she had Lex pinned to the ground by his neck.
Panting, she smiled down at him, "Still can't beat me, even in someone else's body, huh Lex?"
He growled, and his skin started to rip and tear. Koopa even heard the bones in his chest starting to rearrange themselves. She backed away from him and watched as Lex forced Forb's body to morph into it's wolf form. Koopa stared up at him, swooning a bit, but stood her her ground. His silver and brown fur shined in the light of the ceiling lamp and he dropped to all four growling.
Koopa flashed back to the first time she saw that side of him, and how terrified she had been of him. Before she had time to move, Lex charged her and knocked her into the wall behind her. Koopa shook off the hit and barely dodged the swipes of his claws. She panicing and could only dodge him because of it. After a while, he had cornered her and moved toward her slowly with an evil grin on his face. Without warning she screamed and breathed fire straight into his face. Lex backed up, trying to shake the flames off his face, Koopa's screams turned to roars and she hit him with every bit of her fire power she had in her.
It was enough to knock him back into his humanish form and make him fall to his knees. Koopa doubled over and tried to catch her breath, and Lex growled angrily at her.
"You know...this reminds me...of that one fight...on the King's castle roof, you remember?"
"Yeah yeah...I remember..."
"Only thing....only thing missin is.....is...."
Koopa pulled a black velvet sack out of her pocket, and dumbed the blood gem onto the floor. "Is this...huh?"
Lex's eyes widen and koopa picks the gem up with her jaws and laughs. "Can't have it."
She slips the gem around her neck and stood over him. "I want you out of my Forby now!"
Her wolf features quickly faded and her cat paws, tail, and ears as well as her horns returned. Lex knew he had a few seconds before she turned into her wolf form. He tackled her and grabbed a hold of the Gem. Koopa grabbed him by the neck, but all he did was smile. A white aura surround them.
Koopa tried to pry his hands off the jewel, "What the hell did you just do!?"
Meanwhile, outside, Aussa and Calico were watching the entire building glow with the same aura Koopa and Lex had. Tina, who was just waking up, was just about to ask about it, when the entire building explodes. The entire grouped dropped to the ground.
When the dust cleared, they all stared at the buildling, or the clearing it was in, speechless.
