Boem was one of the many grunnies that escaped from the labs around Halloween in 2006. After appearing near Tina's home and welcoming himself into it, all the attempts for calming down or catching this rogue rabbit of greeness by Zee and the house failed. Only Zapook's voice held the Grunny's attention.
So he remains under Zapook's control.
Although...Boem repeatedly searches for and scares Wolven on a daily basis. In fact, only Wolven knows he can speak the human tongue. Everyone else thinks the only words he's capable of saying is 'gruff' and 'brains'.
