Zarlia: Queen of the dragons and ruler of the quicksilver mines just beyond the churning mountains. She sees everything from her pearch on the highest mountain in the world, and can prove to be a wise council, though she seldom gives her advice. Despite being far more powerful than any mere human, she has a soft spot for the "little creatures;" she finds them amusing.
