Aussa came to the door smiling and laughing, "You two really get along now."
Koopa giggled saying, "I don't have much of a choice when she's in this form."
Tina hugged her tighter before releasing Koopa and following her into the house. "Why are you in that snake form again anyway?"
Tina's cheeked turned a light pink. "It's my favorite form. I can change if you want."
"Do what you want, girl. I have a favorite form as well."
"Tis how shape shifters are. So what is that?" Tina pointed to a small brown bag Koopa was carring.
"Oh yeah. Aussa. Catch." She tossed a case through the air toward Aussa. Aussa squealed with delight and ran into her room.
"What was that, dear?"
"Just a video game she wanted. I picked up somethin for everyone." Smiling, Koopa handed a large, gold band and a new hat to Tina.
Gasping, Tina said, "Aww, you didn't have to..." She slid the gold band around her snake tail and hugged Koopa.
"Yeah yeah, now where's Mari? I wanna give her this Nitemare Bustier."
Tina's smile faded and she lowered her head. "She's...not here."
Koopa looked over at Tina, holding the bustier up, "Really? You know when she's getting back?"
"...Sis...dear..."
"Cause I can't wait to see her reaction to this baby."
"Zeneeba..."
"I bet she'll scream loud enough to break every window in the house!"
"She's not coming back!"
Koopa nearly dropped the bustier as she whirled around toward Tina. "Wha...What?"
"Chazu had her sent back already...She's home now. In her own time, with her family."
The room was silent with the expection of Calico's purring as she skittered across the floor. After staring at each other for a few minutes, Koopa folded the item and handed it to Tina, and sat on the floor next to the couch where Forblarion was still resting.
"...Sis? What am I to do with this?"
Without turning around, Koopa responded. "Keep it. It's not like I can give that to Aussa, and I sure as hell ain't gonna wear it." She rose to her feet and headed into her room.
Tina sighed and went into her room as well.
---------------------Later that night-----------------------
Tina was just finished cleaning the dishes after dinner when she decided to rest in the living room, now in her normal form. As she was ready to sit down with a magazine, a small twitch caught her eye. She saw Forblarion moving and sitting up, rubbing his eyes and glancing around in confusion.
Tina immediatly called Koopa into the room.
When Forblarion and Koopa's eyes met, they slowly moved toward each other and hugged. Tina nearly cried when she saw tears running down Koopa's face as Forblarion embraced her.
After a long talk about what has happened, Forblarion and Koopa kissed and he left for his own home. Koopa offered to walk him back, but he declined and head out on his own.
Later that night, Tina found Koopa sitting outside, looking up at the sky. "Are you ok, dearheart?"
"Yeah. I'm fine. Just...happy." Koopa turned and Tina saw her face and arms completely covered in red fur with a matching snout on her face and her black stripes seemed to show more than ever.
"...I do not believe I have seen this form."
"It's my...'favorite' form. A tiger antro kinda form. I see you're in your's again."
Tina smiled and slithered next to Koopa, wrapping her tail around her. "......You miss Mari...Don't you dear?"
"Well....honestly? Yeah. I do. I didn't even get to say 'bye' or anything. But you know...at least things are back to normal...I just hope she don't forget the family she had here."
"Yes...I do as well. And you know sis...there are a few exceptions to things being normal again."
"Hmm?"
"You still have our dear brother in our basement. And I...may have found new love." she sighed and began to turn a faint red.
"Hehehe, I knew you two would get along..."
