Yep. My birthday came and went. Boring and uneventful. Lunch was leftovers, dinner was microwaveable, and my birthday pie splattered on the floor when I blew out all nineteen candles and apparently got wax on my mom. So now I have no idea if my wish will be denied on a technicality. Also I was woken up before noon (against my will, needless to say).
If I hadn't run outside to see her before she drove off, I wouldn't have even seen my grandma when she dropped off a present.
Of course, my friends didn't offer me so much as a "Hey, how's it going?"
Don't worry, those of you on my friends list. It's no big deal. The people on Gaia that I actually know, well, that's another story. I know at least one person who I will not be doing stunts for at her next birthday. At least, I certainly hope I won't.
Or something like that.
