My very fist regatta (a crew "meet" wink ....

We novice (newbie) women had to take out the Hoster- the heaviest ******** boat Bolles has and by far the oldest piece of s**t. I'm not kidding. This thing weighs like 400 lb when the boat we were supposed to race in is but 200 lb, so having eight novices carry it was one hell of a job, especially since I had two short people in front of me who couldn't really reach it. My shoulder bruised like a mother stare
ALSO! When we finally got the boat in the water and rowed 3k, a wake border- A ******** WAKE BORDER WITH HIS BUDDIES PULLING HIM WITH A SPEED BOAT came right by us and almost freaking tipped us. That damned boat was so filled with water...I thought I was going to strangle some one T.T
Yah, so getting the boat from hell back out of the water and into the trailer was the closest thing to hell imaginable. I seriously was in dire pain.
All in all, I gained nothing but bruises and blisters...And maybe new friends >.>
