Argument
As I sit in the cold blank tub,
my mind wonders
to things I never think about anymore...
When we first met,
Your last birthday party,
Our first biggest fight...
All of these thoughts run through my confused mind
What happened...
someone wanted us appart
knowing that I would feel alone..
without a friend like you
Someone I cared and still care about very much
one of my best friends...
a person I laughed with
cried with
and acted crazy with...
One who was like a sister to me..
Now all of a sudden it's gone..
tears fall down my face as I look back on our memories
I begin to sob gently into my hands as more memories fill my mind
not an empty space is left...
I want us back as friends
like we were before..
wishing I could turn back time..
won't help in this time of sorrow.
this time of lonelyness
this time of guilt
I never let you know how much you ment to me.
One single word..no...
once single sentence..
changed everything.
2 more repeats of the same thing.
They say things!
but you don't believe me..
it hurts when you're angry at me,
I can't stand us fighting.
You of all people know that I hate when we fight...
The water continues to run down my cold wet back,
my tears mix in with the water that goes down the drain in a spiral,
to where I don't know, my feelings and tears fall with it..
into the darkness.
more tears fall,
I lay on the tub quietly,
not speaking,
nor moving,
nothing but crying
I slowly cry till I'm asleep,
the now cold shower water running down my back
as I lay there..
cold as well..
