It Just Wasent Enough
The colds bitter wind is fighting again
your outside looking in.
I try to tell them that your outside
but they wont listen to a child my size.
Just because im only twelve
is that a reason to ignore her out their.
shes freezing and i just skrew it
I went to the door and i let her in.
She came running to the door as it opened
then she saw me and hugged me tears frozen.
I hugged her back and kissed her cheek
told i didt care to what they think.
When she came in i was holding her hand
they all turned to look at the girl all frozen.
I yelled at them showing them it was true
a girl outside that was freezing because of them.
They all sighed and awwed as if it was nothing
I took her to the fire place and kept her comfy.
We hugged and kissed but know one could tell
because we where at the bottom of the crowd.
you may not matter to them but you matter to me
as i matter to you even when its not helping.
I cared about you for 3 years strong
then that fatel day came when you where gone.
You where shot to death in front of that station
with me their i could stop the damnation.
I hated my self because i could help
but i cared for you as you slept soft and sound.
You had past away in my arms on that day
but now im happy because you in a better place.
I have found someone else i know this is true
because you told me it was ok for me too.
