Fluffles ran and skipped as fast as she could, attempted to keep up with Tina as they both were lead through the abonded town by the very girl who had attacked Tina a few moments before.

Fluffles fluttered up to Tina's shoulder and made herself comfortable as Tina reached over to pet the small chick. The human girl that was acting as a guide watched Tina carefully while walking beside her. "You really are nice huh."

Tina tilted her head to the side, "Hmm?"

"You...not like the others. Other demons are mean, and cruel."

"Oh no no, hun. Well...Some are, but there are a lot of demons that are not as cruel or dangerous as they're made out to be."

"....Sorry...for hurting you...."

"Oh do not worry. Tis but a scratch." Tina said with a cheery smile.

The girl looked down at the ground. Tina placed a paw on her shoulder, making her jump.

Pulling back her paw, Tina hung her head as well and sadly said, "I do not blame you for how you acted...considering the state of this town...."

"No get upset! I'm sorry! It's just been awhile since We...well...I had a visitor."

"Are there others that live with you...um..."

"Ayeyia."

"...Oh...Yes. Ayeyia. Very pretty. Mine is Tina Pyra."

"....Py...ra?"

"Yes."

"...Hmm..."

"Is there something wrong?"

"You are demon. You can help. Maybe talk to the other demons?"

"That is what I have come to do. To lend a paw and help resolve this fued for the good of the human that are left, and the demons that live near by."

"I'll take you there. Tell you whole story on the way." Ayeyia grabbed Tina's paw and pulled her through the northern gates, into the forest. "See...You heard of the fight. The humans and a few anthros of this area....against the demons. Right? Fox demoness, really powerfull used to be in charge."

"Y-yes! So I've been told! Yet recently, they became more violent? Is she trying to wipe out what's left of the village?" Tina stumbled after her, holding onto Fluffles with her free paw.

"Fox demon? No. She dead. Although, others have taken her place. Lots have actually. Thier last one died about 2 weeks ago. Five days after, they started attacking the town. Drove lots of people out."

"I see. You think it is because of thier new leader?"

"Exactly!"

Ayeyia stopped at the edge of a clearing. In the distance was a pillar of smoke, as well as the flame of a bon fire.

"Is that where they are?"

"Uh huh. I escaped from thier grounds once before. This is as far as I'm going. You be ok?"

"I should be fine. Thank you." Tina said as she stepped into the clearing. "What are you going to do now?"

"Maybe finally leave town. I got nothing here now."

"Nothing? What of your family?"

"They became meals for those demons a long while back..."

"..Oh...I am truely sorry...This must stop." She said as she turned, walking towards the fire in the distance.

In her mind, she though she had the power to stop the demons from attacking anymore, yet at the same time, she thought herself, 'Now what in the world am I to do...'
