neko–chan and nana–chan left a couple days ago to see if there was an old building within a few kilometers of where we live. It seemed pretty nice at first, not one rude comment and not a single punch thrown, but neko–chan made a mistake. Sitting on the edge of a roof right as a train goes by on one side and a group of 18-wheelers rumbles past on the other really isn't a very good idea. neko–chan slipped off the snow towards the concrete path leading into whatever was inside. It was only five meters, but there wasn't any layer of snow or ice and neko–chan landed with only two contact points {her feet} so the shock was way too much. nana–chan helped her up and we got back home, but it still hurts to move. The swelling should go down soon and everything will be fine again, nothing broke.
