This is the intro to the story I have been working on for about one year. This is basically PRE chapter 1.


INTRO

“Another day, another duel,” racing down the steps tripping on the third, and precisely third step, he stumbled down the stairs almost falling. “I might need to fix that third step.” He lived alone. His parents live about two hours away from him. “It’s kinda weird living in this house by myself, maybe I should throw and all girls party except for me tonight…” So what, a fourteen year-old wanting to have a sexy party isn’t anything new." Back to the story, Haku was on his way to school from his small estate, not too far from town, but not too close to nature in all its wild wilderness, sorry straying off again isn’t doing good for my book deal…Haku is on his way to school, he lives in a two story small estate with a maid that visits on Tuesday-and if that’s a holiday she comes back the next Tuesday, this is only important because if she doesn’t show up Haku gets excited. Haku’s parents live in a house slightly larger than the size of his small estate. They hired the maid to clean up his mess. Haku’s parents bought him the house for his life in Mooresville, a small town not far from Jeffinsburg. His parents wanted a change in scenery after they came into wealth and became a famous family of Mooresville.
Haku opened his door and walked outside. “AHH!” he ran back inside. “I forgot my deck.” He ran to the top of the stairs and fell over the third step again. “Oh yea,” He pulled open the second stair put the key in and unlocked his vault hidden in the third stair. Now you might be able to tell it’s a vault if you saw it since its metal and the others are wood, or maybe its because there is a poster above it that says “HAKU’S VAULT: NOT THE THIRD STEP” Inside the third step was one deck box and an old photo of a mother, father, and two kids. “Yea, I’m gonna make you proud, bro.” Haku threw the deck box into his bag, locked everything back up and got ready to take off again. Not long after he hit the ground and took off, he ran back inside again. “It might help if I wore shoes.” So he bolted up the stares jumping past the third step and into the 2nd floor. “Ok, shoes…..where did I put you guys???” he searched frantically. “Oh….., they might be downstairs by the door where I took them off.” jumping down three of the stairs landing on the fourth stair, he took off running, fell, and rolled until his head smacked against the wall.

“Get up Haku! Get up,” a girl’s voice chuckled in his ear.
“What the…he looked around in search for a chick in his house. The clock tower chimed seven times. “CRAP! I’m late for school. And I was supposed to be early today to try to get lucky with that band girl. Oh well, I guess the exact opposite wouldn’t hurt.” This time Haku intended to leave, but unfortunately, “AHH, why didn’t I realize it before, jacket! Where’s my jacket?!? COLD! COLD! COLD! I guess when you’re worried about love and dueling, you kinda forget about the 20 degree weather. Ha ha!” Now Haku was ready to go, he took off and headed toward his personal Hummer Stretch-Limo, like I say, he‘s freaking loaded.
“Master, did you remember you’re cards?”
“Yea Jevesy ol’ boy.”
“ I told you master, its not Jeves, it’s Fred.”
“And I told you that its not master, it’s Haku.”
“So you forgot you’re shoes?”
“ Nope, there right here on my feet, at least I hope that’s my feet.”
“Ah, well then you forgot you’re jacket didn’t you?”
“Nope its right here. It’s inside-out but its here.”
“Well, you forgot this, your breakfast.”
“Fred, you’re the best!”
“Here we are, Master Haku, the First National School of Mooresville.”
“ I still don’t see why Mayor Jeff is the Mayor of Mooresville though.”
“Me neither, sire”
“Later”
