I recieved this e-mail today, which pretty much explains what's going on. sweatdrop This is only part of it because the first two little paragraphs were pretty self explanitory and they were just telling me about the color of the admin's usernames and how they will never ask for a password.
"You'll need to fill out a scamming report and tell them/show them the PM that you received. You will also need to tell them that you are banned at this point. They will look through your history and determine if you were hacked (first of all) and then they will go ahead and unban the account if you were hacked, return the items, and let you back into Gaia."
