Moonstruck Burning
Perfect.
Yet another Photodump full of cuteness. (And video!)
The kitty (who's name keeps alternating between "Ash" and "Aster" wink is now 10 days old. And still hard to take pictures of. sweatdrop

He's getting really cute lighter markings around his eyes and nose that make him look even more like his dad.

User Image
User Image

His eyes are fully open now, but his ears are still closed up.

User Image

He has milk all over his face. sweatdrop And now, the best picture I have ever gotten of Astrid, the father! Despite the red pupils, you can kind of see his blue eyes.

Dodger and Momo (who turns 6 months on the 27th.) Had fun trying to destroy my house.

Some of you may find that dog familiar. She's the same as in this picture.

User Image

But now she's huge, as you can see.
User Image

It took a lot of bribing to get her and Dodger to actually sit down.

User Image

The Humidity has made Malachi's hair curlier then ever.
User Image

Also, I cross stitch a lot. Here's my current project.

Nothing new in life to update. Busy as ever. Sometimes lately I've been missing not having someone with me in a romantic sense, but then I remember that I barely have time for all the things I like doing now. So it's kind of a trade off. :/

I've been thinking of calling Ash/Aster "Asher". It's kind of a combination of the two, and there's a character in some vampire books that I read that is named Asher. He's a cool guy, just really light complected and disfigured on half his face. So I don't know if it really fits all that well. sweatdrop

Also, Malachi is now on Youtube. xd I know, the quality sucks. Oh well.

Watch!

Aww, he's still so cute <3 And you liked my name! Yay ^_^ I like Ash, I like Aster, and I like Asher.

Cross-stitching is pretty cool...I wish that I still knew how to do it. We had to take home-ech (I have no idea how to spell that class' name o.o) in middle school, so I spent a lot of time cross-stitching back then, but I haven't done it for ages. Your kimono-girl looks pretty good so far ^^

Malachi and your pets are as adorable as ever :3 And I love that video, even if it is dark.

He does this thing that's adorable where he lays on his back and sticks his arms out and stretches, and also he'll try to grab your fingers now and nibble them. I'm about 90% set on Asher now. xd

I've been doing it since I was 13. sweatdrop I'm such an old lady. The women on both my mom and dad's side have always done it, so I wanted to learn. I also want to learn how to quilt. xd I can -kind of- knit, but I suck at it major. Unless you want a headband. xd I can make good headbands.

I really need to take video of him dancing during the day, but I always forget.

Awwww whee Khai does that a lot too, he stretches out and continually stretches and curls his pawsies when you pet him :3 I need to take a video of that... X3 Asher's a pretty cool name ^^ Does Malachi get along with your pets pretty well? Or do you have to remind him to be gentle and such?

That's kind of cute whee I think that it's good when people know how to do sewing activities...they're skills of the past now, unfortunately =/ One of my friends can knit, but I can't do anything...I can hand-sew pretty well, but nothing really fancy. I made a cloak by hand once...took me 8 hours @_@ It would've taken me like 20 minutes if I had a sewing machine xd Ah well. When I was in kindergarten, my parents switched my daycare so that I could ride the bus (the first daycare lady I had was amazing, but I would've had to walk to school if I stayed there, and my parents didn't want me to do that), and the lady was *awful*. I'd get home around noon, I'd eat alone (the lady refused to feed my brother and her kid at the same time, so I'd always have to eat by myself >> wink , and then the lady and the other kids would *all* take a long afternoon nap. I refused to nap (I was five and hated sleeping sweatdrop ), so instead of staying up with me, she'd just let me sit by myself for hours on end. Her son was a brat and would freak out whenever I touched any of his toys, so she just left cross-stitching materials with me to keep me occupied...but she unfortunately never taught me how to do it, so I never learned how sweatdrop It's too bad, because if I had learned it back then, I'd probably have it all memorized still today =/ ...Anyway, sure--headbands are cool too xd

If you ever get a video like that, I'd like to see it 3nodding

Malachi's great with the pets. xd He's always been around them, and I've made sure when he was younger how to show him how to properly pet them. Plus, it helps that all my animals are good with kids, so they understand if he's too rough or falls on them. xd Dodger will lay out on his side, and Malachi will run his hand back and forth really fast because he's so fuzzy.

I can hand sew, too. xd I learned when I was little 'repairing' stuffed animals. xd I keep meaning to buy a sewing machine, but I never end up doing it. It's pretty easy to cross stitch, it's just super repetitive. I find it really meditative. xd I tried to make a hat, but it kind of came out more like a leg warmer. xd I need to learn how to purl. crying ;
