Stand On Mountains
Virtue alone is nobility.
Back Pains.
Yesterday, sometime during my Weight Training class, I pulled a muscle in my back. It popped. I never really understood how something just pops out and begins to hurt, but I believe it now.

I also never understood how people could actually be immobilized by their back pain. But today, when I woke up, I couldn't even roll over because it hurt. And just laying there hurt. Breathing hurt. I actually tried to control my breathing so that I could breath less and hurt less. I ended up just kind of whimpering loud enough that my mom wandered in, wondering what I was doing.

She gave me some kind of pain killer, which knocked me out quick. I woke up around 1 or 2 in the afternoon. I didn't really know because my clock was flashing as if a power outage had happened while I was asleep. I learned good posture today. At any point I slouched or bent my back in any direction other than striaght up, it hurt more.

I guess it's time for a visit to the doctor's office to see what is actually wrong with me. neutral

sweatdrop Most people don't "get" back pain until they experience it. I truly sympathise and I hope it clears up soon.

I've thrown out my lower back off and on since I was 13. The worst was 3 days after I had my son and midway picking him up it just went without warning. I had to yell for help because I couldn't stand up straight or sit back down and I was terrified I was going to drop him. It took me an hour to get back to standing.
