ASK YOURSELF in the most silent hour of your night: must I write? Dig into yourself for a deep answer. And if this answer rings out in assent, if you meet this solemn question with a strong, simple "I must," then build your life in accordance with this necessity..." - Rainer Maria Rilke
Well it rains and it pours
When you're out on your own
If I crash on the couch
Can I sleep in my clothes?
'Cause I've spent the night dancing
I'm drunk, I suppose
If it looks like I'm laughing
I'm really just asking to leave

This alone, you're in time for the show
You're the one that I need
I'm the one that you loathe
You can watch me corrode like a beast in repose
'Cause I love all the poison
Away with the boys in the band

I've really been on a bender and it shows
So why don't you blow me a kiss before she goes?

Give me a shot to remember
And you can take all the pain away from me
A kiss and I will surrender
The sharpest lives are the deadliest to lead
A light to burn all the empires
So bright the sun is ashamed to rise and be
In love with all of these vampires
So you can leave like the sane abandoned me

There's a place in the dark where the animals go
You can take off your skin in the cannibal glow
Juliet loves the beat and the lust it commands
Drop the dagger and lather the blood on your hands, Romeo

I've really been on a bender and it shows
So why don't you blow me a kiss before she goes?

Give me a shot to remember
And you can take all the pain away from me
A kiss and I will surrender
The sharpest lives are the deadliest to lead
A light to burn all the empires
So bright the sun is ashamed to rise and be
In love with all of these vampires
So you can leave like the sane abandoned me

Give me a shot to remember
And you can take all the pain away from me
A kiss and I will surrender
The sharpest lives are the deadliest to lead
A light to burn all the empires
So bright the sun is ashamed to rise and be
In love with all of these vampires
So you can leave like the sane abandoned me

so today was kind of.... weird. la was both good and bad. good because we all just got in a circle and after reading from some book got into a deep discussion that eventually leaded to the fact that the world and people are corroding away. we're just not the same. lying, war. the book is called 'nothing but the truth'. psshh. i only wish it could be like that in today's society. there's no communication, and if there isn't, then the separate sides will never be able to accept the other. that's how wars are carried out. and now our secretary up in washington or something is involved in conspirosies (?), and his aid will call the 5th ammendment if she's called to the stand? what the hell is up with that? someone in the JUSTICE department will plead the fifth? all these people in the higher arches of society and power are just herding the entire country around. they lie, steal, then start wars. bush will veto any bill that has a time limit for the war? dumb-a**. you're forgetting who put you in that ******** office. who gave you that power. you're no king. and we'll kick your a** to the curb if you keep this s**t up.
yeah. so i enjoyed that part of class, despite the feelings.... but before, in the reading, i was practically going crazy. we were all assigned parts to read, since it's a documentary novel. but we have all these stupid people who's reading skills leave much to be desired. it's all sporadic and incomprehensable. i just want to get up and slap them. they're in 8th grade. so how come they're reading like i was in the 4th? they're complete imbocils. i can't even rewrite their answers to questions, they were so stupid. mainly autumn, kaycie, and haila. seriously. and this morning in advisor, garce said, 'girls in mini skirts can have real potential!' or something along those lines. sorry dear, but if they're anything like you, they don't stand a chance. lol

1st of all, i always thought it was "'cuz i love all the boys, and away with the boys in the band!" it never made sense, but it ran smoother when i thought of it that way. and, those i knew it was 'lather' i always like, "laugh at the" better in the romeo & juliet part.

2ndly, GOSH! we had to read that book for ramp, and it's so stupid. frankly, in my opinion, it's just talking about that if someone has a better story to tell than the truth and the media misspells enough names, the people will believe it. that book is telling us how STUPID america is, not how we should get all the facts. we should've stuck around with england like canada did. look at them! then again, they're both protected by nuclear missiles AND the queen, so i guess they have it better off then we would...hm, i guess you're right on the 'america's morals are corroding' part. we suck.

i don't really know. the sharpest lives is one of the only songs where there is so much other sounds you can't tell all of what gerard says. ugh. why would romeo laugh? lather is much more cooler.

and we're only on pg. 40 or so. where he's getting a d and track tryouts are tomorrow. it's barely started. you want to tell me what will happen? 3nodding
