books only partly read

so many things I've thought of
yet so little things actually said

Conversations with fake people
Stand stock still, do nothing but stare

but i turn around
and then they're not there

Within all of us there is a great fire
Well either mines gone out, or they're a liar

Sew my eyes shut, theres no need
even scared to blink, afraid of what I'll see

My insanity is growing
Well I guess my inner self is showing

Only one balloon left
Won't let it go

Yet i watch it fly away
it seems to glow

I used to like that
but now i
just don't
know
