This is a poem I wrote, dedicated to my lost feelings and the game "すばらしき この せかい （Ｔｈｅ Ｗｏｒｌｄ Ｅｎｄｓ Ｗｉｔｈ Ｙｏｕ）." Even though the only thing I took were the title and the concept of seven days, there were many hidden elements as well that influenced this piece.
Seven days, seven days, that’s all I have
Before you leave my sight
I don’t want you to abandon me
Because you are my world
Six days left, one gone now
I don’t have much time
We shared a lot of memories
We’ve become so much closer
Five days left, two disappeared from me
I don’t want to be just a half
Because with you, I’m a whole
You’ll take my heart with you
Three days go by, only four to live
We fought for the first time in awhile
Even though I’m crying
You still told me to smile
Four days keep passing, three days come up
I helped you pack your things
You found some of mine
We sat there, lost in and out of time
Two days left, Five days sit behind
A surprise for me waits outside my window
You visit me for a midnight walk
Nothing can keep us apart tonight
Six days fade away, One day to go
I can’t cry anymore
I’ve done all my bargaining
I’m starting to accept inevitability
The Final Day, nothing to do but watch
I want to turn back the hands of time
But life, love, and time all run in circles
Never-ending, always changing, and yet constant all at once
