Powers/Abilities: Thermokinesis, or the ability to control heat in its rawest form. Cirri cannot create or destroy heat, only manipulate it.
Weaknesses: Cirri is a squishy human being. She can burn or freeze to death like anyone else.

History: Cirri is the older sister of Shawn, but they share completely different views on their life. When Cirri was only 7 years old, a villian broke into her parents' house, slaughtering them in their own bedroom. This was the day that Shawn and Cirri discovered their powers, slaughtering the villian in turn by first pinning him to the wall with metal rods controlled by Shawn, and then burned alive when Cirri superheated the rods into a plasma in her rage. The force of the manuever, however, made Shawn collapse and experience anterograde amnesia from the trauma. Cirri, the protective older sibling, took Shawn to the Powers Institute, and there Shawn's mind slowly developed a cycle of both denial and rationalization, believing his parents to be still alive.
That day, Cirri disposed of the bodies, bleached the entire house of the blood, and removed all evidence. She then turned herself in to the Power City Detention Center, admitting to murder and becoming a villian. Shawn still calls her every now and then, and Cirri never had the heart to tell him of what actually happened that night.

Other: The source of Cirri's power is actually not because she was born with it, as was the case with Shawn, but because during the night of the murder she called out for help, and her call was answered by two spirits, two djinn of fire and ice. These djinn still reside in Cirri, and are the source of much of her inner conflict, as they still communicate with her regularly; constantly. Not even in her thoughts is she alone for even a moment. She gets her namesake from the blood red cloak she always wears, and the fact she was often seen riding a large, menacing wolf. Hood
