Shikai: Kaminari
A staff that can grow and shrink on command to an extent... Its limitations include that its girth cannot increase or decrease and its length can only reach a max of about 20 feet.
Repeated contact with the staff can cause loss of feeling (numbness) as the staff shuts down the electrical impulses of the victims nerves. Grabbing the staff would be a major mistake as this would bring about the side effect quicker.
The downside to this is if the victim can continue fighting without their sense of touch it can turn into an advantage... without the feeling of pain they can withstand battle for longer periods.
It isn't the most deadly of Zanpaktou but can leave the opponent at a massive disadvantage early in the fight.

Bankai: Magokoro no Kaminari
A round "back pack" like structure with 5 tesla coils in a star formation is mounted on the wielders back. There are also bands with smaller tesla coils on the wielders arms and legs. (The picture is not an exact representation but its rather close)
This bankai grants the wielder the ability to control electricity to its fullest. The harness on the back is able to generate electricity of up to 100,000 to 1 million volts and billions of watts at its max output. (Similar to a bolt of lightning) However using this extreme amounts of power leaves the wielder EXTREMELY fatigued and the slightest loss in concentration can cause death and destruction to a wide area.
Typically the electricity from this bankai is used to generate electro-magnetic shields for defense while using shocking bolts to attack from a distance. This bankai can also fly by reversing the wielders polar magnetism to repel them from earth. This flight is erratic however and not used often.
