Ulcers are shy creatures. They generally avoid human contact. If one should go on a rampage, though, consequences will be dire. To kill an ulcer requires squid. Squid prepared by Spanish people. Using the squid, coat a wooden paddle with it and bludgeon the ulcer on the shoulder. That will kill it, or give it cancer. If no Spaniards agree to help, squid prepared by Turkish people will suffice.
