Now this dream I had Tuesday afternoon. The naps I take have a funny habit of always having dreams. Well now...I don't remember totally, but I think it started in a very oddly built baseball stadium. For the record, I hate baseball. Can't stand it. So I don't know why I was even there. Though I suppose that isn't completely true. I was sitting close to the field, and for some reason my aunt and uncle were there. Stranger still, the kid I used to babysit, who is the grandson of some former neighbors of mine, was their son instead. And apparently he was a baseball prodigy. Cripes, the bat was taller than he was!
Well, I got tired of being nearly hit with the baseball every time he hit it, so I left. The outside of the stadium was really strange. The stadium itself must have been very high up, since there were many long ramps that led down to the ground. The stadium also had extremely long draperies hanging from the lip of the roof. It was quite beautiful, really. So, I reach the bottom and there are these interesting wall murals painted on the buildings. They're kind of hard to explain. So here...and they were all filled in with those same colors. There was no black showing, and the lines were white. They were hard to look at, really. O___< They weren't that badly done either. xD It's just an example.
So my eyes are burning by the time I walked home, and I'm stopped by this man from across the street. He comes over on his bike and asks me how I'm doing. I tell him I'm fine, and he asks where my bike is and why I didn't ride it. I reply that my bike is just in the garage, and I didn't feel like it was that long a walk. We talk for a little bit longer as the sun goes down, and we go our separate ways.(Now to note, this guy has been in another dream. Still riding his bike, still stopping to talk to me.) So I find out it's Halloween when I get into my house, since my mom has a big bowl of candy out. Not assorted candy, just Smarties. Up the wazoo. I'm talking to my mom in the kitchen when I look out the window. I see that where my neighbor's house should be across the alleyway, there's an open field. There are even more draperies, orange, white, and pink, hanging from the trees. They're being brilliantly lit by a small fire, and are swaying in the breeze.
I'm all confused, wondering what's going on at the moment, when I have this feeling of fear. For some reason I am afraid that there are monsters over at what is just a small neighborhood get together. My heart skips a beat when I see figures running from the party up our walkway. It turns out to be a bunch of little kids in cute little monster suits. I open the kitchen window, rather than opening the door, to give them candy. O_o As they're leaving I wave, and guess who shows up?
SPIDERMAN. NOT EVER KIDDING YOU! He swings off of our garage and lands on our air conditioner. He wants candy! xP So I give him a "special" all dark blue Smartie packet. He leaves, and I look over towards the party to see that neighbor who asked about my bike again. He smiles and waves to me as the dreams ends...
DUN DUN DUNNNNNN!
