So...I have my first day of Junior year tomorrow. The freshmen get the first day to themselves at our school to get themselves oriented properly. Gah. I barely remember when I was a freshman. Though that's a year I'm happy to forget. Some people can be far more trouble than their worth, ya know? Anyway...I haven't posted in awhile I guess. And right now I don't really have anything better to do. Lessee now. I just bought a elegant black satin coat, which now I'm not so sure I covet anymore. The Gaian elite have made it a symbol of theirs. I want no part in their daily harassment of new members.
What they do and say is inexcusable. There's no use in talking to them. They think themselves righteous. I mean, c'mon! They've gone through so many of their "secret hideouts" in towns, because people pursue them! They want to torment the hell out of those elites. As a friend of mine put it yesterday, after hearing one of them ramble on about how they've been victimized, they act childish. "They all seem to think that they are a race apart from the rest of us. That everyone who invades their territory is an outsider, and is trying to ruin their way of life.
He went on to say, "They act like they have their own series of history books. They've been chased from their homelands. It's a tragedy to them. Everyone else is at fault because they like to talk." In fact, they got mad at us for mentioning the coordinates to their new towns hideout. "Stop telling everyone where that is!" Yeah, right. We'll get right on that! Sorry! If they didn't want things to be so tedious, they could start by not being so damn prejudicial towards everyone they don't accept. People would stop getting such a kick from pissing them off. People like me. xD I'm part of the reason why they moved again. I'm proud to say it!
So, for the sake of being different than them...I'm going to get rid of this coat. I like it, I'll admit. But what it represents to the "Elite", is enough to make me not want it. Well, I've had my turn to ramble. I won't stop bugging them. Not a chance. I'm going to fight for the people that have been wronged by them. Gaia should be a place to be enjoyed. A place to get away from the people that hurt you. The Elites are just a bunch of bullies. We all started the same way. No reason to flaunt the fact you've been on Gaia longer. Times change. I'm tired of hearing you complain, so get used to it and move on.
