Where We Meet and Where We Split
It was a quiet morning in Gettysburg. No one knew of the young boy running through the forest to leave his family. No one would know the wiser, for if they had gotten close up to the boy and took a good look, and a very good look at that, they'd realize that this boy, was actually a girl. She had put on her older brother's clothes and had one thing on her mind. To join the Union side of the war.

Lilith Sanders was a spunky 15-year-old girl with brown hair, a light brown skin color, and two differently colored eyes. She had always thought that women also deserved to fight. She had kept it in for too long, so one night, she snuck out of her cozy little house in Gettysburg in her 17-year-old brother's clothes. He had been the only one to know, and he helped her escape into the army since he soon would be joining anyway. He agreed with her notions and let her go when her parents wouldn't.

As she ran through the forest, she saw something up ahead. It seemed to be smoke of somesort. There were tents everywhere when she reached the clearing. She had been running almost for two days with little to eat. Her parents had probably figured out by now what had happend, but she'd worry about it later. She walked up to the general of the Company there, which was Company V. He turned around to look at her.

"Well, who might you be?" the general boomed in a low bass voice. Lilith shook then recomposed herself. "I'm Leon Waters of Gettysburg. I handed my papers four days previously." "Ah yes, you're boy who signed up to be a soldier. You seem to be of the right age. Come with me to find your uniform size."
