Someone once told me, that wishes are things that you want but you know that you can't reach them. Hopes are more demanding and are more possible. Is it so? If someone wishes for something is it so extreme that it isn't possible to have? And if someone hopes is it more powerful? If someone says 'I hope we can be together' Does that mean that they want it and know they can have it? What does hope mean exactly? Not definition wise, but what is the difference? Is it so that wishes can't come true and only hopes can?
