When you ask someone how they are feeling, the normal response is 'Alright' or 'Fine'. Is that the truth behind the emotions they feel inside? Should we lie to ourselves about how we are feeling when someone asks how we feel? It seems logical, if you are feeling bad, to want someone to care or be there for you. Yet we cover our true feelings with lies in order to push people away? The emotions are a hard concept for any person in general to grasp, but once you understand how a person works you can understand the emotions inside. Don't get me wrong, not always is someone lying about their true emotions but, as stated before, if you understand the person you understand the emotions. Tricky isn't it?
