"Why did I say we could have it at the apartment?" I muttered to Kuma. The two of us were on a supply run to prepare for the slumber party.
"Oh, it'll be fun," he replied.
"I'm not even joining in. I'll be in my room all night, writing. Slumber parties are so childish."
"That's true. I remember you and I used to do that when we were younger."
I blushed. "Don't remind me..."
"It'll be fun. Just like old times." He smiled.
"I don't care. I'm staying in my room the entire night. I'm not taking any part in your party."
"Alright, you've made your point. I get it."
"Good. Now are we done here?"
"I think so. Lets get outta here."

"Izuko, you dumbass, put some pants on!" I shouted when I walked into the apartment and saw him walking around in his leopard-spotted briefs. "No one wants to see you in those!"
"But this is what I sleep in..." he argued. "I don't like pj's. These are more comfy."
I growled. "Put some on just for tonight..."
"I can't..."
"Why not?"
"I threw away the only pair I had..."
"Borrow some from your brother."
"Ew, no way."
"Just put something on and help set up!"
"Fine..." He went down to his room to put something on.
"Hmph. Dumbass." I set the bags down and sighed. "Alright, time to work."

"Aw, c'mon, Kit, join in!" Kira pleaded.
"No way," I growled. "Sorry, I'm not the party type."
"Well, if ya change your mind..."
"I won't. Oh, and Izuko..."
"Eh?" he asked.
"I'm stealing some of your manga tonight."
"N-no way! Don't you dare, Kit!"
I smirked. "I gotta do something tonight." I snuck into his room and scanned the selection of hentai and yuri manga on the shelf in front of me. I heard my cousinsay something about "his precious hentai being ruined."
After picking a couple yuri and hentai series, I went back to my room. Yamazaru was laid on my bed, reading one of mystories. "What the Hell? Get out!" I said.
"Ah, sorry," he said, a bit embarrassed. "I don't wanna be out there. I hate things like that. do ya mind if I camp out in here for the night?"
"Hmph. Alright. It'll get boring in here alone anyways." I set the manga on the bed. "Help yourself. Just keep your paws off my notebooks."
"Hentai manga? These aren't yours, are they?"
"Nah. My cousin's. I'm just borrowing 'em. I like the yuri better, but hentai's just as good."
"Yuri too? You're a bit of a perv, huh?"
"Mm-hmm. Get used to it, 'Zaru."
He smiled. "Already have."
"Oh? In less than five seconds?"
"Guess so. Doesn't take much."
"Whatever." I grabbed my MP3 player off my desk and put in my earphones. "Just don't bug me, okays?"
"Fine, fine." He picked up my notebook and began reading it again.
I snatched it from him. "Keep your paws off my stuff!"
"S-sorry...it's good though..."
I laughed. "Thats funny. My writing sucks."
"No it doesn't. It's good."
"It's horrible." I picked up my Hitsugaya plushie and held it close. "Don't lie and tell me it's good."
"Then why continue writing it if it's so bad?"
"Because I need something to do. If I dind't write, I'd have no life, monkey-boy."
He smiled. "Exactly. You also keep writing because deep down, you know it's good. Right?"
"Wrong. I only write because I need something to do with my time."
"Geez, you're stubborn."
"Yep. Proud of it too."
He sighed. "Oh yeah. I forgot I still have to do my Valentine's thing."
"Eh? Still worried about that? It's been two months."
"I know, but I gotta stay true to the rules. I made the game after all."
"Who cares? Its just a game. Not like it means anything."
"True, but I still gotta recieve my punishment. So tell ya what. Instead of the date, I'll let you choose my punishment. Anything you want."
"Anything?"
"Yep. Just name it."
"Okay. Who do ya like?"
His face turned bright red. "Th-that's a bit personal, don't ya think?"
"Nope. Well, whoever she is, ya gotta kiss her. That's your punishment."
"W-well I dunno if I should. I'd most likely get slapped, knowing her..."
"Not my problem. Ya gotta kiss her. Or else I'll make it worse."
"B-but..."
"Do it, 'Zaru."
He sighed. "Fine..." Before I could comprehend what was happening, he had pulled me close and pressed his lips gently against mine. My eyes widened and I felt my entire body stiffen. He rubbed my lower back to get me to relax. Eventually, I gave in and relaxed.
"Oh my, what's going on in here?" someone asked from the doorway.
I pushed Yamazaru away and notcied Alef, Rin, and neko standing in the doorway. "Uh, n-nothing..." I muttered.
Neko giggled. "You're blushing, nya!"
"A-am not..."
Alef grinned. "How did I know something like this would happen?"
I growled. "Haven't you guys ever heard of knocking?"
"Aw, don'tbe so embarrassed!" Rin said. "You two make a cute couple!"
"We're not a couple!" Yamazaru and I said together.
"Now they're both blushing!" Neko said.
"What do you three want?" I muttered.
"We were about to start karaoke," Alef said, "and we wanted to know if you guys wanted to join."
"Hmph. I told you, I'm not joining in at all."
"Please, nya?" Neko begged.
"Yeah, we'll leave ya alone after that," Rin added.
"Fine...one song," I growled. "But then, leave me alone!"
"Okays! You and 'Zaru-kun can sing together then!"
"I don't sing..." Yamazaru said.
"If I have to do it, then so do you, monkey-boy!" I said, pulling him into the living room.
"That's not fair! i don't want to!"
"Look, the faster we get it over with, the faster we can get back to my room, alright?"
He blushed. "Th-that's a bit..."
"Not like that, geez! I meant that we can be alone!"
"That's just as bad..."
"Well...lets just get it over with, geez!"
"I'm choosing your song!" Rin said, smiling.
"Aw, c'mon! First, ya force me to sing and now you're choosing the song? Not fair!"
"Too bad!" She pushed play and Fuyu no Hanabi started playing.
I glared at Rin and sang Matsumoto's part. Yamazaru surprisingly knew the song and sang Gin's part with ease. I saw Kuma glaring at Yamazaru when the song ended.
"Nice job!" Rin said
"I'm gonna kill you," I whispered to her.
"Just did what I thought was best," she whispered back, smiling evilly.
Kuma stood and changed the song. "My turn!" he said when Kyouka Suigetsu started playing
"Ugh, I hate this song!" I growled. "I'm going back to my room!" I went back to my room, not even waiting for Yamazaru.
