"Can i ever return to my home?"I asked. Not like i actually had anything to return to.

"You coming polar asked?" Looking back at Shira, with a strange kindness.Then at that moment i noticed that her stomach stuck out slightly.She was pregnant, and im guessing Polar was the father.She shook her head, and walked away.
"Well come on."polar said with a big smile on his face.We walked down the hill and out through these giant iron gates. At this moment i saw something that i thought was amazing. A giant city, But there were blue lights that people stepped through to go places, kids my age with pointed ears, Giant temples, and everything was so green and lush and everything was so beautiful.I really wished Nissa could be here.Wait! Nissa! Xalda said i could find all my answers here.But xalda was nowhere to be found.I would just have to wait till i saw him again.
Polar pointed to a blue transfer thing. I was guessing he wanted to go through that one. He stepped through first. I hesitated but finally gathered the courage to walk through. Just then i opened my eyes to find i was in a bigger city.
"This is Gilta City, The place where people come to exchange goods. This is pretty much the center of Azira.The stone of light is here."
"Stone of light?" I asked, looking at polar in confusion.
"Thats right! The stone of light keeps our city alive. It keeps the portholes working, and the rivers running, and the sky blue, and the gardens lush, with out the stone the world would die." Polar pointed up.I looked up to meet where he was pointing.His finger was pointing at a giant tower. and at the top of that tower was a small golden light. The stone of light.
"Well , shall we continue?" I nodded my head at Polars question. He pointed to another porthole that was pretty far away. When we reached it he told me that the light was red for a reason.That meant people couldn't go through, but he said he wouldn't tell me what was inside. I nodded and we continued until...
"Hey! Polar! Hey!"A man from behind us holding a mace along with a few more people approached us."Hey Polar, you still owe me two hundred shin! I want my money!"
Polar pushed me behind him."stay back ill deal with the thugs."He said, an intense look appeared on his face.He pulled out his hammer from behind his back, and befor my eyes it changed. It was originally a plane hammer but now it was icey
blue and looked like it was a perfect killing tool!
He swung the ice hammer around his head, and smashed it into the ground making a huge indentation in the ground. The other men charged in and began swinging their maces, Polar lifted his hammer and began to fight. Smashing the leader of the thugs square in the chest, he fell with a thud after hitting a stone wall.
The other two ran at Polar.He simply moved out of the way, as the two crashed into each other Polar hit both of them in the ribs causing them so hit the same wall the leader had.The men lay uncontentious.
I looked at polar after a few moments silence.He dropped the owed money on the leaders stomach, and motioned for me to follow.
"Hey can you please not tell Shira about what happened?" he asked sounding ver concerned.I thought about it. The replied by saying "Only if you tell me what was behind that red portal."
He thought about it...and then said "Deal. But not tonight.Its getting dark and Shira,Xalda and the rest of the crew will be worried about us.
I agreed but thought to my self...Why would Xalda and these people that i have never seen before worry about me. Polar interrupted my train of thought by pointing at another porthole. I looked at him and walked through.
