It was '06. The staff was coming up to it's second birthday, and I was a newbie that liked shiny things. Price:90k

After spending about two months on gaia, my interest for it was drained, and I was sucked back into my Dofus habits. Five months pass.

Now February '07, just after the Valentine's event if I remember correctly. I begin to save up for the items that I have missed out on over the past few months. Quests Completed: Pixie, Winter Rose, Gift of the Goddess.

A few weeks pass, and I learn how to play the market. Back when it was simple, my internet could handle the pace without lagging up on me, meaning I was able to continue with my dream avatar quest. Here is when my love for the Staff returned. Price: 180k.

After gaining pretty much every other smaller MC on my wish list (Solar Cloak, Mythic Hair, Solar Headdress), I moved onto the Angelic Headband. This was my biggest task yet, though through hard work and dedication I accomplished my goal. The last item on my list worth under 300k (excluding the Guitar of Angellus) was now ready to be quested for!

Alas, I was hacked, and for some stupid reason the Headband was sold for 55k by the hacker. Struck down over the loss, I came up with the plan to put the money aside and start on the Staff first, and move onto the Headband later. Finally achieving this in late June/July '07, I was so happy. A few weeks on, and I managed to get the headband back.

August '07. Hacked. Again. Staff sold for 150gold, Headband for 50gold. There begins my 8 month break from Gaia. Upon returning, my friend Zehkiel hands over all my old items I lent him, and I am less than pleased with the new marketplace.
Current Price: 580k.

I currently have a few small investments hidden away, so hopefully all will end well. Thanks for reading the story, hope I didn't bore you too much ^^;.
