Konoro and I had spent many months with eachother. Every weakness night he would hold me close to him, never letting me go. We fought our enemies together...Practiced with eachother. I had even attended some of his gatherings he had planned with demons. One had even included his brother Naru.

Naru: Konoro are you crazy?! Do you know what will happen if you had her raise our gates just for a war?! We would have to deal with heaven also!
Konoro: I know that Naru but what other choice do we have?! The war is close and Symara's weakness night is near! She may be unable to help us fight but at least she can raise the gates for us to have an advantage!
Naru: Think about what you are saying! If-

Konoro slams fist on table shattering it into dust.

Konoro: I know what I am thinking!! The are after her because she refused to act upon their request! Those filthy mutts!!
Symara: Konoro!
Konoro: What?!
Symara: That is enough calm down....There is no reason to insult them nor is there a reason to shout. I will not raise the gates of Hell.....instead I shall join the fight.

Konoro's eyes widen and puts his face an inch away from mine.

Konoro: Are you mad?! Your weakness night is coming and you are wanting to fight!

Konoro growls.

Konoro: No...never....I will not allow it! You are not going to fight Symara!
Symara: Konoro....
Konoro: No!
Symara: Konoro....
Konoro: I love you Symara! I will not let you put yourself at risk like that!
Symara: If you love me then trust me.

Konoro turns his head away glaring into space.

Konoro: I do trust you....I just do not want to lose you.

I smile softly and bring his face to mine. I kiss him deeply.

Symara: You will never lose me....I promise.
Konoro: Symara....

He kisses me deeper than I had kissed him, wraps his arms around me and holds me close to him as he is able to.

Konoro: I shall let you fight....as soon as you feel weak....you leave before you faint. Please....I cannot bare the thought of losing you.
Symara: Konoro....

I wrap my arms around him tightly.

Symara: Nor can I....I cannot bare the thought of losing you either. I shall leave once I feel weak....I shall meet you in the vally.
Konoro: Yes...

I breath him in and sigh happily.

Symara: Konoro....promise me one thing.
Konoro: Anything.
Symara: After the war is over....come to me....return to my side....
Konoro: I shall return to you Symara....I promise.

Naru coughs.

Naru: Sorry to interrupt your moment but now that that is settled we might want to go over a strategy. Of course we may need a new table...

Konoro and I pull away from eachother. I touch a few of the shattered pieces of the table. A faint blue light glows and the table reappears.

Symara: Now...you were saying?

We all grin at eachother then take our seats. As Konoro and Naru discuss the strategy I listen.

Symara: No....That will leave our defenses weak.
Naru: What do you mean?
Symara: If you place forces there you give them an opening. Most likely the werewolves will surround the higher ground that have put us at a disadvantage already.

I look at the landscaping imagining the war in my mind. I open my eyes suddenly.

Symara: Divide them.
Naru: What?
Symara: Divide them. Place one group in the east and the other in the north.
Naru: Do you know what you are doing?
Symara: Yes...
Naru: How?
Symara: Instinct.

Konoro and Naru look at eachother and Konoro shurgs. I sighs and explain to them the reason for my placing.

Symara: If that fails the north and east join together and head towards the south and west as the south and west do the same. Keep some forces behind and be prepared for an ambush. Once we have them surrounded they are most likely to have some other forces outside the lines. We shall also.

Naru: Wouldn't that be playing by their rules?
Symara: There are no rules in war.
Naru: Hey....aren't the vampires and werewolves near war? Why not just-
Symara: No...Forgive me for cutting you off. Their war is of their own reason. We shall fight ours and they shall fight theirs....
Naru: Fine....

I sigh and stand.

Symara: I shall leave you two to the rest.
Konoro: Where will you be?
Symara: Where I always am when I leave you to your gatherings.
Konoro: Ah....

Konoro smiles and nods. Naru looks at us confused then shrugs. I smile and took my leave.
