Oh wow, it's been such a long time since I've done a personal entry. Everything else up til now seems to be stuff about role play characters, magic plants, magic rocks, and zodiac stuff. I was going through all my old entries looking for a specific one and couldn't help reading a couple other entries along the way.
I no longer live with my Mum. Moved in with Dad, a 6-, 7-hour drive away. I was going to Lee College, but now I'm not. Flunked math, passed history, and English is a mystery lol. I'm looking into reenrolling again though. I now have a goal. There's this program that Santa Fe College in Gainsville, FL offers. Very hands on. I need a few classes under my belt before I'm eligable though, so I figure I'll work on that here. I'm not all that thrilled with moving away to Flordia, but so be it if that's the way it was to go.
I did get a job maybe two months after I moved down here. I work at Finley's, which is a small gas station about 5 minutes away. I work in the deli, which means making sandwiches, wraps, tamales, potato salad, deviled eggs, ect. We also make pizza. I work evening shift, which gets a lot of pizzas. Hours are good for a student, so are the days. Pay and hours suck compared to the BX though, I miss it. And since I've started at Finley's I have seen at least 5 coworkers come and go. Obviously not a job that attracts dedicated workers. One of our cashiers right now, Kim, is bossy as hell and just as annoying.
Hmmmm, not a whole lot goes on besides that. Work is work and pretty boring. School is school, whether it's college or high school. Speaking of, I found out one of my year mates died a few days ago. Motorcycle accident. So long live the memory of Stefan Macias!
Well I'm about to go to bed. I lived through Hurricane Ike, but the house took a beating. The repairs are nearly complete, but I still have to be up earlier than I'm used to to let the workers in. I'll kill them if they don't show up again.......
