So. I've been thinking a lot about action movies lately. Not for any reason - I haven't even seen a movie in a while - but just because of their general awesomeness. And while it is fairly simple to say that Batman totally trumps Spiderman, who totally trumps Superman, it is somewhat difficult to decide between the following individuals:
Bond. James Bond.
and
Jason Bourne.
They both are quite cool. I mean, Bond. Come on. He takes his drinks shaken, not stirred. He has all the cool gagets. He's almost too smart for his own good, I mean, he can fly a freaking plane! I can't fly a plane. He's been played by like four different actors, so obviously his coolness 1) lives on! and 2) was way too much for one person to handle.
And I do love a guy armed only with a flame thrower and a tux.
But Bourne! Seriously, man. Not only does he know kung fu, but he speaks about eight different languages. And he's brainwashed, but still amazing. And Bourne, unlike Bond, doesn't need the nifty gagets, fast cars, or expensive toys. He can make a weapon out of pretty much anything. Give him a rubberband, and he will kill you.
So it's hard. Saavy fun weapons guy, or improv government project guy? It's a very difficult decision. Hm...
Also, I know my journals have been somewhat... "lacking" lately, for lack (ha) of a better word. And I assure that eventually, I will at least attempt to make it up to you. I've just been writing these at about one in the morning, which is just kind of ridiculous.
Yes, I need help.
But you know how it is. Have you ever written something absolutely awful at three in the morning?
If so, you're not alone.
(even though you're alone right now)

Smoke and Mirrors
Lately I've kind of been slowly coming to the strange realization that my life really is bizarre...but not in big cosmic ways. It's on a much smaller scale - the tricks are all smoke and mirrors.

And I feel your pain at creating ugly children at three in the morning. *shudders*
Hehe.
"If you feel alone. You're not alone in that. But you are alone. So very alone."
