Paranoia Agent. The most messed up, mind boggling, just sit there and THINK, jaw gaping, honest, unabashed, twisted, depressing piece of brilliance I think I've just ever seen.
One word: Maromi.
Another word: Tsukiko.

I think... I think it's really profound. I cried during the beginning of the last episode, and almost again when Tsukiko confronts herself.
Let's list off reality:
- My eyes might have been sensitive due to me watching Youtube for a while now.
- Children (Perhaps no quite so innocent in my case) are sensitive little (Creatures? Things? It?) children.
But believe me, if I had been watching it on television, without subtitles, without all those minor little things deducting from the moment (My little brother was watching Bo-Bo-Bo right next to me on the other computer), I would have broken down literally sobbing.
Paranoia Agent is a beautiful wreck. I think I liked it more or less than Serial Experiments Lain, but Paranoia Agent was clearer and foggier than SEL. I nearly cried at the end of SEL too.
Watching Paranoia Agent... Is like seeing a person having a break down in the most vivid, horrifying, tear-jerking and satisfying way possible. (How would I know? I've never seen a person having a breakdown. What the crap is a breakdown anyways?)
