-yips- I've never really understood why my cats line up in the window of my garage whenever I have to leave for any prolonged trip. I mean, they have to know I'm leaving somehow or another. (not the concern. But I never really knew how seeing me even as I leave could really help that much or give them any sort of hope that I wouldn't.

Then I read a fanfic, of Pokemon none the less, and I sort of got thinking more about how silly it is do something like that. To sit there watching me leave, or in the case of the fanfic to sit at the foot of a shrine that this pokemon's master had frequented from time to time. None of that made sense, and yet now it does.

Ba'al is all sorts of bummed as is only because it does make sense.

Wanting to trade every single tomorrow for a brief moment in the present where Ba'al could at least have one chance to feel his sacred one pulled against his chest. A single embrace. That is everything that matters, but Ba'al is stuck with nothing but a damn video game and some paperwork. T-T
