I Loved You
Years ago, I wrote to you. Two letters, expressions of pain and all the emotions you put me through. I was so convinced I would keep holding on forever... but now I know how wrong I am. I've grown. I look back and I can laugh, laugh at the naive little girl who wrote to you so long ago... and I can look into the present and smile, albeit sadly, at who I am. I'm bitter. And I will be for years to come. But eventually, I can see a light at the end of the tunnel that I will get to. I am crawling towards it, but I am almost on my feet by now. I am no longer looking back into my past, but forward into this new life I've created. And I couldn't have done it without you! So I just wanted to say...

Thank you for ignoring me.
