He lives in an old apartment building, third floor. Minds his own business. He can be seen only twice a day, always at the same time. Always says 'hello' to his neighbors, and nothing more. The landlady doesn't care about odd people as long as they pay their rent on time. And he always does. No-one knows, what he does for a living and nothing seems to bother him.
Except after one night, when he came home as usual. There was something new. And it was watching him. A stranger leaning on a tree across the street. It wore a long coat and was smoking. He stopped in his tracks, didn't even see the young lady from the fifth floor. She passed by and he just stared at the figure across the street. He changed his routine. Walked across the street and sat on a bench near the tree and stranger.
"You're not from around here, are you?" he says.
"No" she says.
"Are you here to take me away?"
"No"
"What do you want?"
"Talk"
He sighs. "Come in"
