Meeting Again?
"Tassel..Interesting town name.." Knight mutter as he and Shense continued inward for a rest. "Where do you think we should head first?"
Shense absent-mindedly ignored Knight. The song going through his mind was a bigger distraction than the presence of a town of busstling people. He hummed along to it outloud a few times on this journy..but what was it called? Such a beautiful song.. Shense sighed.
Knight snapped his fingers infront of his traveling partner's face a few times. He whistled. "Yoo-whoo..Shense..Gay perverted flirt..wake up..SHENSE!"
Shense jumped then clung to Knight's arm and batted his eyes. "Yes honey?" He asked in a sweet voice.
Knight wiggled free from him. "Let go of me. I don't want to be seen like that with you." He scowled at Shense. "I asked where you think we should head first."
"Oh? So you want to keep our love a secret?" Shense winked. "Okay babe."
Knight shakes his head with a disturbed look on his face. "Would you stop that?"
Shense looked at Knight innocently. "Stop what?"
"...Nothing. Nevermind. I am heading out to find a bar. You're on your own." Knight hurried away from Shense towards a dark wooded building.
"Well fine then..I don't mind be on my own.." Shense faked sniffles then headed off in the opposite direction. "Ooo! A bookstore.." He grinned. "What could be in here..?" Shense chuckled to himself then slipped inside the store.
Caracinia's eyes widen. She dropped the book she was holding the headed to the back room. Was her eyes decieving her? Did she just see who she thought she saw? What is he doing here? Last time she saw him..He was in Taysin. Caracinia bit her lip. Could he possibly been looking for her? She looked in the mirror then sighed. With this new body, he wouldn't know who she was..So why was she freaking out? Caracinia shook her head the headed out from the back room. She walked over to the book she drop and reached down to pick it up, knocking heads with a person who was obviously about to do the same. "Ow.." Caracinia rubbed her head. "I am sorry..Are--"
Shense chuckled. "Its quite alright. This is a good book. I have a copy myself..Were you planning on getting it?" He asked with a smile.
Caracinia nodded. "Y-yes..I had only read it before in the library..Thought it was time to own a copy.." She said shyly, tucking a strand of hair behind her ear. "I know every book in the store..Was there something you were looking for?"
"Hmm..There is something..Not particularly a book though.."
"A place? A..person?"
Shense stared at Caracinia for a moment, narrowing his eyes. "Yes..both of those actually..Forgive me, but, have I seen you somewhere before?"
Caracinia's breath got in her throat as she shook her head quickly. "N-no sir.."
"Ah, well. Just my imagination then." He chuckled. "Its enjoys toying with me. To answer you question..I am looking for a certain place.." Shense reached in his pocket and pulled something he kept from the encounter with the messenger snake. "I believe this has came from this place I seek..Do you know of it?"
Caracinia took the item from his hand then narrowed her eyes at him. "Why would you be seeking this place?"
"Ahh..So you do know of it.." Shense grinned.
"Yes..Is the person you are looking for there?" Caracinia examined the item. 'So he sent Calavera..Odd God he is..'
Shense nodded then frown. For some reason, this person's mind was blank to him. Her thoughts seemed to be nonexistant. "Would you point me out the way?"
"I...I believe it would be better for me to escort you to this place.." Caracinia spoke in a sincere and concerned whisper as she handed the item back to Shense.
He pocketed the item again then smirked. "And why is that?"
Caracinia grinned, her shy state seem to have left at that moment. "Because I am the only one who knows who you are going to find."
Shense stared at Caracinia, his smirked disappeared from his face and was now shown to be serious. "And how would you know who I am going to find?"
"Its all in your head, Shense..Its all in your head." Caracinia giggled. "Find me later, I will take you there...and your little friend too." She laughed then strolled from the store, having already purchased her book.
Shense frowned. "I don't recall telling her my name..Hey! Wait!" He followed after her, exiting the store only to find she had vanished. "Heh.." He smirked. "I suppose I have time later for a game of hide and seek.."
