Personal goal: To make herself known to the "world."

Affiliation: Neutral

Reason: "Mother says that the higher powers shouldn't pick a side because it messes with the balance of power. If I chose, my side would always win."

Likes: Her mommy, anyone from her OC family, Mina the bunny plushie, chocolate and caramel candy, singing and dancing, helping her mother trigger events (though she complains about damage control), playing games with the OCs, and surprising/startling others.

Dislikes: Cleaning up after an event, people telling her she can't do something, being alone and unloved, people who are slow (in the head), vegetables, the color blue (despite her skin tone), rejection, boredom, and being looked down upon/not taken seriously because of her age.

Personality:

Much like her mother, Vera is spunky, impulsive, and temperamental. She does, however, express regrets at times when helping with events, leaving her prone to anxiety attacks. She also has one hell of a temper, which causes Kitty to attempt to keep her baby happy, lest Vera use her raging abilities on the OCs and the "world." She's rather outspoken, not at all shy, and will charge after what she wants. Vera always carries around an air of mischievousness and childishness.

History:

Her history is rather brief. Vera came to be from a night between a creator and an OC; something her mother thinks is taboo as it creates an imbalance in power. However, Kitty kept the child and taught her the ways of the creator, rather than raising her as an OC. She's been training to use her powers accurately since she was three, making her a very dangerous child. She still continues to explore her abilities to this day.

Powers and abilities:

Due to her ties with the creators, Vera is able to use the powers and attacks of all of Kitty's OCs. This includes any new ones that the OCs may acquire as times passes on. She also loses any older ones when the OCs die.

*Special notes- Any physical traits that enhance an OC's performance does NOT pass on to Vera. For example: Sin's body is genetically adapted to run, therefore it's a physical trait and not a special power. Vera has no control over it.

Weaknesses:

Slow runner- Vera runs as quickly as any normal being, so she relies on warps, shifts, and hell portals to get to places quickly.

Highly flammable- Due to genetics on her father's side, she lights up like a firework when hit with fire. However, getting a shot in at her is hard, as she carries many different abilities that can handle or extinguish the flames.

Advantage: Being half creator, if Vera is killed by unnatural means, she will always re-spawn. This isn't without consequence, as the deaths will be remembered and leaves behind lasting psychological trauma.
