A "guild" in real life...
What would a thing like that be? What kind of guild? Something with people that live around you. With people that are accessible and active in your life.
So pretty much.... your neighbors?
NO!
******** the neighbors. Well, the stereotypical neighbors that end up being the only ones you know because they complain about s**t; it's your fault cuz you never bother to meet any of the other ones. You never bother to say "hi" or do much other than ask basic questions. And it's not unreasonable. You have no idea what the people that live around you are like. It might be useful to get to know them, but they could easily possibly be the most hated person in your life, just as likely as they are to be the most interesting/cherished person in your life. And then there's that middle area, where they are nice but uninteresting, or annoying and uninteresting. Still, worth a shot.
But the people you meet in real life, the group of friends you make, they don't have to live around you. The closer the better, but still. And you meet people in parties, at school, at events, doing what you like outside....
It's so much work.. And through other friends you find them too. That's why I'm reaching out to the people I know. I'm texting them, calling them, even my family members, William and Tyler. It's just like that time before I became a Guild Master, where I was whispering many people just to keep in touch and getting to nkow people privately. But it was so much easier in the game. So, so much easier... I could talk to them about what they were doing, what they were interested in... I could be funny easily. Any given person would already have a big thing in common with me: they played SWTOR. And even more so on the server that I played on, that would say something about their personality.
Anyways, I have to find and take control advantage of these real life systems... Just like any other INTP would do, just like I do in the game. The same way I look at all my character's abilities and plan how to use them. It's just a matter of finding the pieces... Which are the people. But ******** my life- it's so tiring. I'm so lazy. I can do this. I like talking to new people, I like learning about their interests and hoping that I can be friends with them. I've already started doing it, so there's no way I can say I can't. I won't name the names because past experience tells me they won't be as important and it'll just look stupid looking at the old names that never meant anything to me...
