A strange old man that has a lot more spunk the others his age. Incredibly intelligent, as most scientists are, he specialized in genetics and gene splicing. In fact, he supervised project of using the DNA of a phoenix with a still born kitten, resulting in the oh so lovable Koopling.
When moving on to a later project, Koopling took the time to escape from the facility.
Dr. Meteor supposedly retired from this works, but after hearing about Koopling running around, he personally sought out the cat demon crew to do is his own personal studies.
He's fun loving and loves his work so much, that he decided to continue works with his 'new best friend' sorta speak, that being Zapook. He says he will never return to the facility, though.
He would rather not get into a fight, since he is elderly, but he'll give moral support and will aid medically if he can.
