DH, 31 Dec 2004, night

My friend Hollywood should arrive in a few hours. Chino was going to come tonight, but her mom went psycho (again) and killed that plan. Akiyoha has a ski trip tomorrow morning, so she has to be a school by six o'clock (which is crazy, I know). Izumi isn't having any friends over (no matter how many times I insist). Oni-san has a party to go to, though he should be back sometime tonight. So I'm hunkering down for a nice relaxing--if a little dull--New Year's.

So as I wait until Hollywood arrives, I suppose that I could talk to all of you. I hope that everyone had a decent--if not wonderful--year overall. And I hope that this next year is better than the last.

I'm not sure if I want to make any resolutions for this year. I never have really bothered. I know I won't keep them, and I never bother to wait until New Year's to make the ones I will keep (and plenty that I won't). I guess I should at least set a new goal. Hmm, maybe I should finally get a boyfriend...
