I PLEAD THE FIRST! FREEDOM OF SPEECH! WOOT! So any of you who read this and don't like what I have to say, don't cuss me out for rightfully expessing my views on the topic. I gave you a fair warning about what I'm writing about and everyone is allowed to have an opinion. So shut it and listen.


What makes an emo? Is it their long bangs over their eyes to hide the terribleness of the world? Is it all the cuts on their arm? Is it their degenerating into a weeping pansy whenever things get a little tough? I'm not sure, but a lot of people think it's the cross-dressing. (Seriously! I've seen emo couples with the girl wearing baggy boys pants and the boys wearing tight girls jeans! How can that be comfortable?!)

Anywho, I question the whole "cutting thing". What is the point of destroying the blessing that is your capable body when there are far more productive things you could be doing to vent yourself? If you think that you are the only ones that suffer, you are dead wrong. Every kind of couple has its ups, downs, and sometimes break ups. I bet someone in that pairing feels a bit of remorse. People...feel....sad. It's a perfectly normal emotion that we all experience at several levels. There is nothing that makes your sadness any more severe than somebody elses. If you dwell on the negatives in life, you will be consumed by it and turn into a bleak shell with nothing but misery.

Come on! What is with the make up! Emo guys wear more make up than I do! (Actually, I only wear make up on special occasions or when I have a lot of extra time before school or something.) The world needs to know that beauty (or in the emos' case, difference) does not lay in the substances we put on our faces! I am all for expressing yourself with the way you look, but you all look the same! (Actually, all stereotypical groups look the same, but not me! I'm the only sophisicate in my school!)

So my message to all the emo peoples of the world: Cheer up! The world is what we make it and it takes you to make it better for yourself...


.....And stop being such pansies.
