The Farthest Star
Somewhere out there, people will listen. They just have to look up at the stars.
In Memorandum: Pipsqueak
He came into our family when our dad almost hit him on the way home from picking up pizza for dinner. Dad said "Find him a home, because we're not keeping him." We took him straight to our room and named him Pip, which rhymed with our current cat's name, n**. Both cats were orange and white. We had Pippy for another 6 years. But right after we left school on January 9, 2007, the mighty 18 lb. Pippy was found on the side of the road, motionless. Our dad wrapped him up in a towel and set him aside for us to bury later. My dad and I buried him beside the barn, where he would do his hunting. Rest in peace Pippy.
