[1 x1 between myself + Irina96]
It was a plesent day outside: the sun was shinning, puffy white clouds playfully floated in the sapphire blue sky, it was warm, and a soft breeze playfully played an invisable game of chase. A small pleased smile curved her lips upward. She didn't know why, but she felt as if her luck was about to change for the better. Then again, she always thought that her luck would change. (One of the drawbacks of being eternally optonistic.) The young homeless girl walked down the busy city streat, a beat up guitar case in hand. She pleasently smiled at all she passed, despite the fact that most outright ignored her existance. Her long red curls danced in the playful spring wind as her weathered and beaten sneakers thudded softly against the concrete of the sidewalk. She was dressed in a raggy old outfit, that hung loosly on her body improperly fitting her hideing away her feminin curves. Her long curly red locks pulled up in a slopy bun, in a tangled mess leaveing much to be desired. Her pale freckled face sported a few patches of dirt (thanks to lack of washing) and small cuts and bruises (from having gotten into a fight with another homeless person the night before.)
Ah hah! There! She spotted a local restaurant that appeared to be hopping with buisness. This was the place where she would set up shop for the day. She opened up her beaten up guitar case and fetched out a well cared for acoustic guitar, wrapping the shoulder strap around her thin rounded shoukder. She then set the case aside, and set up a small carboard sign inside that read 'Donations Are Aprieciated'. She then fetched a guitar pick from her jeans pocket and began to skillfuly tune her guitar. Once satisfied that her guitar was in tune, she then began to play and sing a song. And she was pretty good to! However, as useual... Most ignored her. While others would toss in a few coins. Then a few cruel teens threw a few pieces of garbage into her guitar case. "Hey!" She cried out suddenly stopping as they snikered and dashed away. Jo jo sighed aloud with disappointment. So much for her luck changeing. She knealt down to fetch out the garbage the teens had thrown inside her guitar case, only for the teens to sneek up behind her. One suddenly poaring old, stnky and rotten coffee over her head. "Hey! You little brat!" She cried out, as they dashed away again taking pictures of the poor homeless girl with their phones. "Rotten little.." she growled to herself trembling with anger. "Shouldn't they be in school or something.."
****
Adrian finished his lunch at his favorite restaurant and paid the bill after calling his sooner to bring the car over to pick him up and take him back to his office. He got out and of course the limo was not there yet as no matter how nice and professional the restaurant was the parking lot was away from it. He looked around upon waiting and just happened to hear a song being played. He turned his head and saw a rather dirty and messed girl playing a perfectly reserved guitar. He watched her show for a while trying to amuse himself until his driver was there blowpipe tossed her coins or ignored her. The appearance wasn't helping of course. She would get much more money if she was more decent on the outside. She could use a bath and a new outfit. It would miracles and surely it would earn her more money. All the nice music stopped though when a group of teens started making fun of her. Even poured coffee onto her. That was something he despised. Surely he was rich. Very rich. And maybe a bit too proud. But he never liked seeing poor people treated like that. Surely that girl belonged to the 75% of the whole population that lacked food home and a bed. There was no reason to torture her more. Now she was even more messy and dirty. Where would she bathe anyway? Good that the girl had damaged to save her guitar from getting coffee spilled onto it. It was probably her most valuable and unique belonging. Her lack of home was too obvious.
He walked towards her confidently and offered he a tissue made of silk that had his monogram onto it " here..." He said " use it to dry your face" he told her and observed her " I assume they should be at school yes but who can really stop them? They are probably going to earn themselves a detention soon. Don't worry about them. Your music was very nice...here..." He said throwing into her guitar case the change he had from his bill that came to the sum of 80$ " I think I know a way to help you earn more money by this. A bath and new clothes would really help...although....I can offer you a job at my company if you would like. You seem to be a nice and decent girl. I fired my assistant today. I caught her changing y appointments so she could go on a date but I don't think I would have these problems with you. Do you think you meet the requirements? I need someone able to use a computer, answer phones and organizing my appointments and meetings. I would prefer if you knew more languages but even if you don't I have many people that do in my office so it shouldn't be a problem. " he told her just when his limo arrived " oh. Frank is here. Would you like to come with me?" He asked her charmingly offering her his hand as a pair of light blue eyes invited her into the door the driver opened.
****
Josephine blinked as suddenly a silken tissue with an embrodiered monogram suddenly waggled in front of her face, a voice following it. Her eyes re-focused onto a large hand and it's owner. It seemed a well to do buisnessman seemed to be offering her a hand. She wore a wary, but thankful look on her face as she took the tissue and cleaned the coffee from her face. "Thank you." She pipped in an embarresed tone, a soft blush burning her freckled damaged cheeks. She sighed as he comented on the teens that saw fit to torment her. "I supose your right.." She gave him a small smile as he comented on her music. "Thank you." She replied shyly bowing her head pulling a loose lock of dirty red hair behind her small ear. She fetched out the money he had given her out of her guitar case shoving the money into her jeans pocket. Thanks to this odd stranger, she wouldn't need to work for the rest of the day. She revrently placed her guitar in it's case, expecting the man to leave only to be suprised that he continued to converse with her. Well.. This came as a very odd suprise. Useually most people would do their good deed, then be on their way. But this one lingured. She cocked her head curiously to one side, gazing at him warily as he continued to talk with her. Suddenmy offering her advice on how to earn more money, comenting on how if she had clean clothes and body she woukd draw more people in. She blushed deeply, bowing her head her long curky red locks falling in her face hideing it away. She knew if she dressed a bit nicer and was cleaner that she would be able to earn more money. But, she had no home. Therefor she had no where to properly shower, let alone any money to afford herself nice clothing. She snapoed shut her guitar case as he suddenly offered her a job. Asking her all sorts of questions, and suddenly offered her a ride in his limo.
"Woe... Woe woe there. Mister Suit." She stopped him holding up a small thin malnourished hand. "First off, you don't know me. And I don't know you. I appreciate the money, but that doesn't mean I trust you. For all I know, your some seriel killer, who likes to prey on people such as myself. And, to be frank.. You probably shouldn't trust me. I could be a theif, for all you know." She gave him a small wink of an eye as if to assure him, that she wasn't. "I don't even know your name, and yet you invite me into your limo? Your quite a odd duck Mister Suit." She teased with a small laugh. She smiled as she stood up, guitar case in hand. "I think I'll pass on the ride. I don't know you after all, and I do vaguely recall my foster mother telling me once to never get into a car with a stranger. No matter how kind or handsome that stranger is. And besides... It's a lovely day. It would be a shame to waste it in a car." She mused with a bright smile taking in a deep breath of the spring air. "Thanks for the advice Mr. Suit. I'll be sure to use the money you gave me on a nice hot shower, and a new outfit. Scouts honor." She promised holding up a hand as if swearing an oath. "Here." She gently returned his tissue to him. "And if I may, i'd like to give you some advice as well. Not every homeless person is as nice as me. " She informed him with a laugh. "So be more careful in the future, otherwise you might get a knife through that nice jacket your wearing. And I would hate for that to happen. Well.." She sighed "I'd best be pushing on. See you around Mr. Suit." She gave him a small wave and began to walk away.

Adrian watched her while being amused on her attitude. He shook his head when she gave him his tissue back " keep it. You will return it to me some other time perhaps" he said as if he were planning on seeing her again. At her refusal of the job he shrugged " alright I will get someone else!" He said getting back in his limo but instead of telling his driver to go away he ordered him to drive slowly next to her so he could still speak to her. He looked at her playfully " my name is Adrian my little girl. Adrian Wate. It's a pleasure to meet you. Allow me to disagree here with you bi know how to judge people therefore I know you are not a thief as I know that one of the kids there was a thief. If you really think you are the first homeless person I talk to then I shall remind you how small the world really is. If my judgements were incorrect then possibly I would hold a guitar too and would sing on your side hoping that we would get a sufficient amount if money to buy some bread to eat. It would not be that good don't you think ? Consequently it seems I made the right choices. As for the ride I wasn't planning on raping you you know. I was going to drop you at my hotel. I stay at La Plaza" he smirked speaking of the greatest hotel in town " then I would leave you alone and go to my company. All you had to do was go to the reception, say my name then you would wait as I would receive a phone all and give them permission to lead you to my suite. That way you would be able to eat, take a bath and get some rest for free and spend your income for some clothes. Then hopefully after your nap you would rethink of my offer for a job" he flashed her a grin " your mother was a wise woman. Did she also teach you to try climbing higher on the job scale ? If she did then this is your chance " he added
He made himself more comfortable as he kept sliding next to her as she walked even taking a turn when she did as if the driver knew where she was going " you can still take up the offer of the ride and the hotel. It's not like I am an old pervert who wants to rape a young beautiful and helpless girl. I'm almost in my middle twenties. I believe that if I have such urges I can give more work to my workers so I'll go to a club and meet some girls. It's easy. You have to admit that. " he said " or I can always submit to that new girl I hired who always drops something when I walk from her office. I still miss that vase " he sighed dramatically. So , little girl , are you up for that offer or not? You can stay as long as you want and I won't be there. When I wish to return I ill give a call to connect me with my room. If you are there you will pick it up and I'll tell you I'm coming. Then you can choose wether you want to stay or not. The choice is all yours. " he said and finally shut it up to let her think of his offer. He wanted her to accept it. She probably slept in a paper box of a fridge or something if she was lucky enough to have found one. There was no reason to torture her. Besides it was a chance for the hotel people to do something. The room was empty most of the time. They only needed to bring him breakfast and make the bed while he was even paying them for a personal butler to be connected to his room anytime. It was the perfect chance to take advantage of him. However he had to admit he liked her refusal. It meant he wasn't dealing with a ...err girl who went to a man every time she needed money. No she preferred to win her money fair and square. He loved that already.

Jo jo simply smiled as he told her to keep the handkerchief, and to return it to him later. It seemed that he was already planning on visiting her again. Which, was very strange. She tucked the tissue in her shirt under her bra strap as she walked away.. She then herd the pur of a car motor and noticed the strange 'Mr. Suit' was now following her. It appeared that he wasn't going to tale no for an answer. She glanced over at him as he suddenly told her his name. "Adrian Wate, eh?" She mused as she hoped over a small pot hole in the sidewalk. "I think I prefer Mr. Suit." She teased. She frowned as he calked her a little girl. "Jo jo." She corrected. "My friends call me Jo Jo. And i'm nineteen." She informed him as if her age was somehow a great deal. A small huff escaping her lips as now the car slowly rolled along side of her as her newly found aquaintance sat and talked to her. She rolled her hazel eyes as he insisted that he knew how to judge people. She simply chuckled shaking her head as he continued to speak. Assuring her that he did not intend to harm nor assult her. This man was simply full of himself! He went on to even offer her a temporary home, in one of the greatest hotels there were in the city. And went on to brag about how easy it was for a man such as himself to find the company of her gender. Her smile vanished as she suddenly stopped mid stride, causing the car to creach to a hault. A car coming from the other direction zoomed by, she rubbed the back of her thin neck. She had to admit, it was all quite tempting... She bit down on her lower lip, slowly looking about. This man was certainly drawing a lot of attention to the two of them followimg her about in a limo. She spotted the wary on lookers of passing citizens. The most probably assuming that she was some sort of hooker, and Adrian was some sort of lecherous old man.
"Can I ask you a question Mister Suit? Your not used to people telling you no, are you?" She teased her smile half returning. "Hey, if i say no again your not going to still follow me around are you? People are going to assum things.. Your gonna get fat sitting around in that fancy car of yours. You should walk, if you wanna still talk to me. " She offered with a laugh. A small sigh escaped her lips. "Such a odd duck." She mused wistfully as she began to walk again. "Hey." She hoped up onto the side of the sidewalk and balanced next to the limo. "Can I ask you something? Why are you being so nice to me? Offering me a job, a place to live, and such... Do you do the same for other homeless folk? Or am I the exception somehow?" She questioned as a police officer gave the two of them a dirty look. She simply smiled giving the officer a small salute. "I mean, granted now I know your name and were you work or whatever. But I still don't know you. And to be honest, I'd much rather earn my keep. Then be a burden... You know what I mean? I appreciate the offer, I realy do... And I would be lying if I said it wasn't tempting..." she fell silient debating on what to do next. He seemed to genuinely trying to help her.. "so.. I'll tell you what. Spend the day with me." She stopped again turning and smiling. "Let's get to know one another better. If by the end of the day, I feel like I know you and you haven't changed your mind then I'll take you up on your offer. How's that sound? Does that sound fair to you?"
***
Adrian watched her walking with her hair dripping coffee " you are one of the exceptions. I don't give that chance to many people. I only do it to the ones that I'm absolutely sure they deserve it. The last one was a pregnant woman with a small child. She accepted the job and now works for me. She managed to get an apartment big enough for her two children and she seems happy" he told her stopping the car " your offer is tempting as well. However I shall refuse. My time in the city is not permanent and I have meetings scheduled for today that I can't miss. However I don't like losing an appointment so the one with you displeases me. I have another offer for you if you like. How about accepting the offer for the room ? In exchange I'll take you out for dinner tonight and devote you the whole day tomorrow. I'm sure I can arrange the meetings I have for tomorrow. I can't do it now though I'm sure. I only have half an hour left still then I will be back to work. Get into the car. I'm tired of going that slow and I can't make frank wait to pick me up again. The guy has a family too ya know. Besides I already think that the policeman is ready to give you money for your services so I'm the only way to avoid him. You smell of coffee too. That's an extra reason to accept my offer. " he smiled innocently " you shall not call me mister suit if you don't allow me to call you little girl. Being 19 is a great achievement good job. I'm 23" he told her as if he really thought she needed to be congratulated.
Just then his phone rang and he revealed the latest edition of the iPhone. He answered it raising his finger to the girl so she wouldn't speak " yes Margaret ?" He asked and then waited for the woman to explain herself " do not accept. I am not willing to accept any offer below 3 million. If he wants to make money then he has to give money first" he said to her " if he insists tell him that mr Preyar is interested to it as well. They are rivals. That should persuade him to get the offer " he nodded " I'll be there in about half an hour. Something occurred. You are capable of taking care if this on your own. I'll see you there " he hanged up and pushed it back to his pocket " sorry about that but some men consider themselves superior to others. 2.6 millions tsk tsk tsk " he shook his head left and right before flashing her a mile again " so how about this deal. Did you consider it? If that doesn't work either then I suppose I might get to hear your music again tomorrow if you dare come to this place again. Just a warning though. Tonight is going to be chilly. Try to find a good shelter. You won't have to if you come for dinner with me and therefore accepting my offer so what do you think little girl who wants to be called Jo Jo while she calls is mister suit?" He asked he laying his head on his arm and watching her after ordering frank to stop the car so she wouldn't be moving either
***
She paused as he spoke to her, informing that he had allready helped some one else before her. She stopped gazing at him intently, studying him as he spoke of the pregnant woman he aided. But, she couldn't help but to wonder what made him think that she deserved such generosity. She frowned playfull as he regected the idea of spending the day with her. Telling her that he was far too busy to spend the day with her today. "Awwe. Such a shame." She pipped playfully. She smiled as he then offered her a bit of time tomarrow. And still insisted on giving her a place to stay, now tacking on the offer of dinner. Just the mear menton of food made her stomach growl rather loudly, she placed a thin hand on her taught stomach trying to quiet it's grumbeling. She blinked as he suddenly ordered her into the car. Insisting that she could not call him Mister Suit, if he wasn't allowed to call her little girl. Which, was fair enough she suposed. "Okay, fine I'll call you mister Wate, just as long as you quit calling me little girl." She replied. She blinked as he mentioned the police officer. She bit down on her lower lip, chewing on it. He was right, that cop seemed ready to take her to jail.. and besides she had always wanted to ride in a limo... It would be an adventure. And the company seemed to be a genuinely good person..
She stopped suddenly."Okay. You've convinced me. I'll take a ride with you. And I'll go to dinner with ya. But i'm still deciding on weather or not to take you up on a place to stay.." She gave him a bright sparkling grin, showing off her sparkling white teeth. "But I warn you now, if you try anything I bite." She snapped her teeth together in a pkayful yet threatening manner. "Scooch over." Ooo! This was so exciting! She waited as the door opened and slid carefully into the car, holding her guitar tightly against herself. "Oo! Fancy!" She piped cheerfully. The driver of the car scrunched up his nose wearing a disgusted look on his face as the stink of the coffee she wore on her head filled the tight space of the limo. He coughed slightly as he rolled the windows down in attempt to clear the stink out of the car. Jo jo played with the butyon for the window opening and closeing it much to the drivers displeasure. He loudly cleared his throat and shot her a angry look. She sheepishly grinned and stopped messing about with the button. "Sooo... Mister Wate.. " She began as she sat awkwardly. "Tell me about yourself. Aside from picking up and helpling random homeless women, what do you do for fun?" She questioned as she curiously looked about pressing random buttons to see what they did.
***
Adrian waited for her to consider the idea " no no. I don't like me Wate either. Just Adrian. You make me believe I'm old. If you want me to calm you Jo Jo you have to call me Adrian. That's quite fair!" He said then made her space sitting in the middle of the couch as the limo had a big couch instead of seats. He looked at his driver and barked a single order " behave " before raising the window again with a remote in his hand. He smirked watching her observing the car " yea I guess it's fancy. It's just a limo little girl " he teased her before reaching to a small fridge in the corner and opening it " I assume you have eaten nothing so no alcohol for you. Here take aside. I only have a lemonade " he said giving it to her and then resting his head back on the couch " I will take you to the room. The only thing you should consider is wether or not you want to stay the night or not. Don't worry I will order to being a second bed. You won't have to touch me. I can also tell frank to bring you the clothes you want. Navy blue would match with you. Or maybe emerald green. That way it will match your hair and my eyes " he said blinking many times to make her look at his eyes who had a nice light shade of green " do you wear dresses or skirts?" He asked her curiously trying to imagine her in such outfits.
Then he thought as she asked him what he liked doing on his free time " well I enjoy excersizing. I do it every morning for one and a half hour when I'm tired otherwise I spend two hours at the gym. I also like going out either to go to a club for a couple of drinks or for a walk at a park, I read a book sometimes , listening to some music or playing the piano. What else....oh I also like dates. I like meeting girls without always having the intention of having them into my bed so stop worrying. Sometimes I drive my jet, or better say fly it. I like sky diving, riding, surfing...I can't think I anything else now but in general I am open to exciting new experiences. For example if you tell me to come with you in order to explore a jungle I won't say no to you. Or if we go canoeing. I believe you should get as many experiences in your life as you can before it's too late. You need to enjoy living. My goal is to wake up one day , old and say to myself ' I lived '. Too many people have their lives put into a routine and they barely have time for themselves and when they finally realize their mistake its too late. I'm blessed with a comfortable lifestyle. Why being lazy next to a pool the whole day with a bottle of beer or champagne and a beautiful girl doing what I say when I can really enjoy my life ?" He asked her grinning with his eyes shinning from excitement. " how about you? What do you like doing in your free time , or what would you do if you could ?"
