- its a pretty good picturebut since you are having a hard time developing the story just do what my friend made me do: get a composition notebook and just start drawing for the heck of it. After a while you will get the hang of drawing your manga and if need be, go back and erase stuff you dont like

^^; when you comment, as the creator, no one can see it unless they come back to this exact submission. basicly, what you say is kind of not heard so you might want to comment on their profiles to be heard by those exact people.
about the comic: have you tried writing a script for it? if not a script then just writing down a sequence of events?
