I really like how you've put a lot of thought into her design, but I suggest that you use a reference for the anatomy next time. I also like her face and hair a lot.

- after a minute of staring, i realised the problem: way too clustered, it's like one of the FF character designs that combines like 4 outfits only this isn't working. i see you have ninja, cyber, cop, pointless-half-skirt-thing, and tennis shoes. those componets don't work too well together. 2/5
